- 12 oz mini marshmallows (7 cups)
- 3 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Butter Olive Oil
- 7 cups of Rice Cereal (Crisp)
- Sea salt
- Lightly grease 13×9 pan with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Melt marshmallows and Butter Olive Oil together in large saucepan over low heat until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and fold into cereal gently.
- Press into pan with lightly oiled hands and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Cut into squares and ENJOY!!
*Best when enjoyed the same day or one to two days later*
