- 12 oz mini marshmallows (7 cups)
- 3 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Butter Olive Oil
- 7 cups of Rice Cereal (Crisp)
- Sea salt
Lightly grease 13×9 pan with olive oil or cooking spray. Melt marshmallows and Butter Olive Oil together in large saucepan over low heat until completely melted. Remove from heat and fold into cereal gently. Press into pan with lightly oiled hands and sprinkle with sea salt. Cut into squares and ENJOY!!
*Best when enjoyed the same day or one to two days later*
