Combine in a ziplock bag:
- 2 tbs J. Olive Co. Chipotle Olive oil
- 2-3 tbs J. Olive Co. Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
- liberally salt — 1-2 tbs kosher salt
- 1/2 tbs chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Mix together
Then add 4 chicken breast to bag.
Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill or bake! I grilled mine for 3-4 minutes each side, depending on how thick your chicken breasts are.
