Big handful fresh or 1/2 cup frozen spinach

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or more

1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder

4 frozen peach slices

1 tsp J. Olive Co. Lemon olive oil

1/2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. coconut balsamic

 

Toppings:

1/2 small sliced banana

1 kiwi

1 Tbsp coconut flakes

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

 

Add all ingredients to blender, mix and enjoy!
