Ingredients:

  • Big handful fresh or 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or more
  • 1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 4 frozen peach slices
  • 1 tsp J. Olive Co. Lemon olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. coconut balsamic
  • 1/2 small sliced banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. top with banana, kiwi, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds or blend
  3. mix and enjoy!
