- Sliced mozzarella
- Fresh basil

Slice mozzarella thin and layer with heirloom tomatoes and a sprig of basil. Drizzle our Ultra Premium EVOO and Traditional Balsamic Condimento over tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle the top with sea salt to complete the presentation.
