• 6-8 oz. grated smoked gouda cheese
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • J. Olive Co. Hot Pepper Bacon Jam

Grate smoked gouda into a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, chopped pecans, and green onions. Save a few pecans and green onions to top cheese ball. Mix together and shape. Place on platter and top with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam. Sprinkle with remaining pecans and green onions. Serve with your favorite cracker or wheat thins.
