- 1 whole ham
- 1/2 C of J. Olive Co. Butter Olive Oil
- 1/4 C of J. Olive Co. Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/2 C of J. Olive Co. Maple Balsamic Vinegar
- Combine oils and balsamic vinegar together in small bowl.
- Bake ham as directed, but baste frequently with the oil and vinegar mixture.
- When the ham is finished, place any leftover sauce in a saucepan; reduce over medium heat until thickened.
- Pour over ham and serve immediately.
