1. Mildly season with salt and pepper and marinate in equal parts J. Olive Co.’s Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Neapolitan Herb Balsamic.
  2. Cook on preheated grill until beginning to brown, 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Brush balsamic vinegar over vegetables and continue cooking 1 minute more.
  4. Serve immediately
