1. Mildly season with salt & pepper and marinate in equal parts J. Olive Co.’s Garlic infused olive oil and Neapolitan Herb balsamic.
  2. Cook on preheated grill until beginning to brown, 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Brush balsamic vinegar over vegetable and continue cooking 1 minute more.
  4. Serve immediately.
