- 3 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Mission Fig balsamic
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Ginger & Black Garlic olive oil
- 1 (10-ounce) package mixed salad greens
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
- Mix the vinegar, pepper, mustard, salt and olive oil in a small bowl with a whisk.
- In a large salad bowl, toss the greens, cranberries, feta cheese and walnuts together.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
