Ingredients

  • 1 small grapefruit, cut into 1″ slices and then into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Grapefruit Balsamic
  • 1.5 oz whiskey, optional
  • 1 bottle ginger beer

Directions

  1. Use smaller glasses for this drink, such as rocks glasses. Place a few ice cubes and a few wedges of grapefruit in each glass.
  2. Pour half of the Grapefruit Balsamic into each glass.
  3. If using, pour half of the whisky into each glass.
  4. Top off with ginger beer and enjoy!
