2 cups Spinach
1/2 cup Blackberries
1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
J. Olive Co. Blackberry Ginger balsamic vinegar
A few sprigs of fresh basil
- Rinse and spin dry the spinach. Toss in balsamic dressing, then begin plating.
- Top with fresh blackberries, feta crumbles, and chopped walnuts.
- Scissor some fresh basil, and end with a sprinkle of sea salt. Enjoy!
NOTE – This is meant as a side salad, but could easily be turned into a more filling meal by adding a stronger source of protein, like chicken or edamame!
