• 2 cups Spinach

  • 1/2 cup Blackberries

  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

  • J. Olive Co. Blackberry Ginger balsamic vinegar

  • A few sprigs of fresh basil

  • Sea Salt


  1. Rinse and spin dry the spinach. Toss in balsamic dressing, then begin plating.
  2. Top with fresh blackberries, feta crumbles, and chopped walnuts.
  3. Scissor some fresh basil, and end with a sprinkle of sea salt. Enjoy!

NOTE –┬áThis is meant as a side salad, but could easily be turned into a more filling meal by adding a stronger source of protein, like chicken or edamame!
