Feta Bruschetta Dip


  • Any UP EVOO
  • 3 Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch green scallions
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Cavender’s All-Purpose Greek Seasoning to taste
  • Toasted Baguette slices


Using a large platter with an edge to it, pour enough olive oil to coat the bottom.  Dice 3 tomatoes and drain the juice off.   Top olive oil with diced tomatoes.  Layer tomatoes with scallions and feta cheese.  Sprinkle with Cavender’s seasoning.

Serve as a dip with toasted baguette slices.
