- J. Olive Co. EVOO
- 3 Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 bunch green scallions
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Cavender’s All-Purpose Greek Seasoning to taste
- Toasted Baguette slices
- Using a large platter with an edge to it, pour enough olive oil to coat the bottom. Dice 3 tomatoes and drain the juice off. Top olive oil with diced tomatoes. Layer tomatoes with scallions and feta cheese. Sprinkle with Cavender’s seasoning.
- Serve as a dip with toasted baguette slices.
