Dark Chocolate Martini

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces Vodka, your favorite brand
  • 1 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Dark Chocolate balsamic
  • crushed ice
  • 1 Tbsp sugar cane – mix sugar with Cocoa powder or use flavored sugar like vanilla, coconut or lavender

Directions:

  1. Rim martini glass with sugar.
  2. Place ice in a martini shaker.
  3. Add vodka and Dark Chocolate balsamic vinegar.
  4. Shake martini mixture and pour into prepared martini glass. Cheers!
Variations: Add 2 Tbsp of Cream to this drink to have a creamy martini. You can also add a chocolate liquor, such as Ghirardelli Chocolate Liquor, to make a sweeter cocktail.
