Cran-Orange Salad

butter lettuce
dried cranberries
diced apple
pine nuts
crumbled blue cheese

Mix 1:1 ratio of J. Olive Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil and Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar. Toss with salad.

    the photo shows orange sections in the salad but no mention of them in the recipe. Which is correct?

      Hi Cathy,

      The mandarin oranges can be added in for extra flavor if you wish. They are not included in the original recipe, but we have tried it with and without. It’s a wonderful flavor either way. Thanks for your comment!
