• 2 Tbs minced scallions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Blood Orange EVOO
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chili Paste (optional)
  • 1lb scallops


  1. Combine scallions, garlic, J. Olive Co. Blood Orange EVOO and black pepper in a large bowl *extra kick add chili paste
  2. Marinate for 30 min.
  3. Thread scallops onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 8 minutes
  4. Turn several times during cooking and baste with remaining marinade
  5. Serve over pasta or basmati rice
