• 4 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp grated or minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp, more if desired, Blackberry Jam (I use sugar free)
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard


  1. Mix together all the ingredients. Whisk together or shake in a small glass jar.
  2. Delicious on a fresh green salad
