- 1-1.5 lbs of asparagus, ends trimmed
- 2 Tbsp of J. Olive Co. Basil Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp of J. Olive Co. Strawberry Balsamic
- 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place asparagus on baking sheet. Drizzle with Basil olive oil. Add salt and pepper, toss to coat.
- Cook 15-20 minutes.
- Last 5 minutes, drizzle with Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and Parmesan Cheese.
- Serve Hot!
