Ingredients:

  • 1-1.5 lbs of asparagus, ends trimmed 
  • 2 Tbsp of J. Olive Co. Basil Olive Oil 
  • 2 Tbsp of J. Olive Co. Strawberry Balsamic
  • 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place asparagus on baking sheet. Drizzle with Basil olive oil. Add salt and pepper, toss to coat.
  3. Cook 15-20 minutes.
  4. Last 5 minutes, drizzle with Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and Parmesan Cheese.
  5. Serve Hot!
