Ingredients:

  • Baguette
  • J. Olive Co. EVOO
  • garlic clove

Directions:

  1. Adjust the oven rack to the middle and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice a baguette into 1⁄2 in slices and place on a baking sheet. (I like to slice them on the diagonal so there’s more surface area.)
  3. Brush them with J. Olive Co. EVOO (or a flavored olive oil of your choice) and bake for about 9-12 minutes until they’re lightly toasted and golden brown.
  4. Rub the oiled side with a garlic clove and set them on your work surface, oiled side up.
