Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • Mashed avocado
  • Roasted cherry tomatoes
  • J. Olive Co. EVOO
  • Poached egg
  • Fresh basil
  • Hemp seeds
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  • To make roasted cherry tomatoes, slice them in half, spread them on a baking sheet, drizzle with J. Olive Co. EVOO and bake for 20-25 min at 425.
  • Toast sourdough
  • Spread mashed avocado
  • Top with poached egg and roasted tomatoes
  • Add basil and hemp seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
