- 1 lb crock pot chicken (about 2 chicken breast)
- 1 cup chopped red Grapes
- 1/2 cup fat free feta
- 1 tbs J. Olive Co. Tuscan Herb olive oil
- 2 tbs J. Olive Co. Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- 1/2 cup + non fat plain Greek yogurt
- kosher salt to taste
- Dashes of Mediterranean blend seasoning
- Serve on top of a salad a dress with more J. Olive Co. Tuscan Herb olive oil, and J. Olive Co. Sicilian Lemon Balsamic or put it in a wrap for on the go lunch!
